How to Give Users Access to Edit Content
To give users access to edit content in WordPress and Elementor, follow these steps:
1. Assign the Correct User Role in WordPress
WordPress has different user roles with specific permissions. To allow content editing, assign the appropriate role:
- Editor – Can edit, publish, and delete any post or page.
- Author – Can edit, publish, and delete their own posts.
- Contributor – Can write and edit their posts but cannot publish.
How to change user roles:
- Go to WordPress Dashboard → Users → All Users.

- Click on the user you want to edit.

- Change their role under Role and save.
